Return Policy

How we handle perishable deliveries, studio services, credits, and disputes tied to orders fulfilled from our Pittsburgh hub at 411 Smithfield St.

Scope

This Return Policy applies to goods and paid services sold or coordinated by Vlixaroxthdhiman from 411 Smithfield St, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, United States. It supplements your order confirmation, delivery instructions, and the Terms of Use. If a written contract for a corporate program conflicts with this policy, the contract controls for that program.

Perishability note: many items we ship are temperature-sensitive; return windows and inspection steps differ from standard retail because of food-safety rules.

Perishable goods

Once dispatched, perishable products are generally not eligible for return because they cannot be resold safely. If you refuse delivery without cause listed in this policy, you may still be responsible for the order value and disposal fees assessed by the carrier.

If you anticipate an absence, reschedule or pause through your account before the route cutoff; late changes may not be possible once the truck is loaded.

Quality review process

If you believe a shipment arrived outside labeled temperature ranges, with damaged packaging that could affect safety, or with contents that materially differ from the written specification, contact us within four hours of the recorded delivery scan. Please include photographs of the outer box, any temperature card if provided, and the lot code printed on the sleeve.

We may request return of physical samples for internal review when traceability requires it. Do not discard affected items until we confirm whether a carrier inspection is needed.

Replacements and credits

When a verified issue affects safety or clearly deviates from what you ordered, we may offer a replacement on the next eligible route, a partial or full account credit, or a refund to the original payment method depending on severity and inventory. Credits expire twelve months from issuance unless we specify otherwise in writing.

Courtesy adjustments outside these guidelines are discretionary and do not establish a precedent for future orders.

Non-perishable items

Sealed retail add-ons that do not require refrigeration may be returned within fourteen calendar days of delivery when they are unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping unless we confirm that we sent the wrong SKU or quantity.

Refunds for approved non-perishable returns are processed within ten business days of receiving the goods at our returns intake address, which we provide in the return authorization email.

Services and tastings

Planning consultations, kitchen walkthroughs, and scheduled tastings may be rescheduled once without a fee if you notify us at least twenty-four hours before the start time. Cancellations inside that window may incur a fee equal to preparatory labor and ingredient costs already incurred.

If we cancel a service due to staffing or safety concerns, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.

Subscriptions

Recurring orders may be paused or canceled through account controls before the weekly cutoff. Charges already captured for prepared inventory may not be refundable if cooling has begun; we will explain the status when you request cancellation close to production.

Billing disputes

Contact billing support before initiating a payment dispute with your bank. Chargebacks slow resolution and may trigger account holds while we reconcile delivery logs. We will provide documentation to your issuer when permitted.

Records retention

Claims, photographs, and credit notes may be retained for up to thirty-six months to satisfy accounting, insurance, and food-safety traceability expectations. Anonymized statistics may be kept longer in aggregate form.
